本社成立於1974年2月，主要業務為共同運銷，生產總面積2000餘公頃，主要市場以內銷為主，外銷為輔。
(2) 成立宗旨
1. 為確保純正凍頂茶品質與信譽。
2.防止茶商參劣加味，杜絕偽劣品。
3.消除中間剝削，統一包裝，共同運銷。
4.誠懇服務，保護消費者權益。
